Departments. Several rivers have overflowed their banks,
       damaging/destroying houses, roads, agriculture plantations
and crops killing cattle and rendering thousands of people
       homeless.

affected with approximately 8,500 families (approximately
42,500 people) in need of immediate relief assistance. Many
affected areas are still isolated by the flood waters, and
the access is done only by boat or by air.
