Locals demonstrated against UN presence in Rumaker because communities and the SPLA think the UN played a part in the Cease-Fire Political Commission (CPC) document that agreed to the redeployment of SAF to Rumaker. The document was signed in Khartoum between SPLM and NCP. Locals believed the UN was in the area to prepare ground for the redeployment of SAF forces. No incidences were reported.
